Contest Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. CONTEST RULES MAY BE CHANGED AND POSTED AT WWW.GREENSPROUTSFEST.COM FROM TIME TO TIME. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ENTRANT TO REGULARLY CHECK CURRENT CONTEST RULES. The rules posted at www.redirectguide.com supersede all other previously published rules.

3. Eligibility Restrictions. To participate in the Ecohaus Eco-Nursery Giveaway (the "Contest"), entrants must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the state of Oregon or Washington at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of ReDirect, Inc., Ecohaus, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to enter or win.

4. Contest Period. Contest period begins on July 27, 2009 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on September 26, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

5. How To Enter. Entrants may enter up to twice. 1) By joining the mailing list on GreenSproutsFest.com or 2) Entering at the designated location at the Green Sprouts Organic Baby and Family Festival.

6. ReDirect, Inc. is offering this contest. Ecohaus is the sponsor and shall not be liable for any aspect of this contest. ReDirect, Inc.shall not responsible for (i) lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries; (ii) Internet or web server outages and other technical problems that may prevent individuals from submitting an entry.

7. Selection of Winners. One winner will be selected. One winning entry will be randomly drawn from the pool of all qualified entries on or around September 28. 2009. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

8. Prize. One prize will be awarded that will include a Gift Certificate valued at $300 and 1 hour free in-store consulatation with Ecohaus staff. ReDirect, Inc. and Ecohaus shall not be responsible for any unused value left on gift certificate that may be lost, stolen, or expired. Winner agrees to abide by the terms and conditions associated with the gift certificate. Winner will be solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prize. ReDirect, Inc.reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. Winner may waive his or her right to receive prize. Prize is not assignable, not transferable, and not substitutable. No warranties are made with respect to prize.

9. Privacy. All entry information (email address, and zip code) will be collected by ReDirect Inc. for the purposes of administering the contest and placed on the ReDirect Guide mailing list. Entry information will also be sent to Ecohaus and placed on the Ecohaus newsletter mailing list. After the receipt of the first newsletter from either ReDirect Inc. or Ecohaus, entrants can remove themselves from the respective list at any time. Potential entrants who do not wish to be placed on either mailing list should not enter the contest. Entry information will not be passed to any other parties.

10. Notification. Winner will be notified by e-mail and phone on the first business day after the drawing. Return of prize notification as undeliverable or failure to acknowledge notification within 5 business days may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure by the winner to return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. All entrants agree to receive, via e-mail, messages pertaining to this contest.

11. Publicity. If you are selected as a contest winner, you agree to allow ReDirect, Inc. and Ecohaus. to publicize your name and picture. Apart from the prize associated with being selected as a winner, ReDirect, Inc and Ecohaus shall not be obligated to compensate you in any way for such publicity.

12. By entering the Contest, entrants release ReDirect, Inc. and Ecohaus., its respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

13. By their participation, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules as solely determined by ReDirect, Inc. and its management. In the event the contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of ReDirect, Inc. which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the contest, ReDirect, Inc. reserve the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contest. Should the contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, ReDirect, Inc. reserve the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. ReDirect, Inc. reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter the Contest in any manner or through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, or who attempts to disrupt the Contest or to circumvent any of these Official Rules.

14. Limitations of Liability. By entering the Contest, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and entrant waives his or her right to a jury trial for such disputes, claims, and causes of action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

15. The contest is sponsored by ReDirect, Inc. whose decisions regarding the selection of winner and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. ReDirect, Inc. will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
