EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

IMPORTANT NOTE: All booths are located in uncovered space within the park, open to the famous Salt Lake City sun, wind and other elements. All exhibitors are STRONGLY encouraged to bring or rent a 10' x10' canopy and bring sandbags for anchoring, as this event is on concrete and ALL TENT STAKES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED in any landscaped areas, regardless of length or material. Canopies are available with advance reservation - see the amenities options on the application.

All exhibitors will be provided with digital promotional tools to announce their involvement to their organization's clients and supporters. If you want flyers/postcards to spread the word even further, please contact us. Electricity is available at select booth locations, and only by advance reservation and within certain restrictions. Please contact us if you need electricity. May effect booth placement. Vendors will be evaluated for theme appropriateness and vendor acceptance is at the sole discretion of ReDirect Guide, Inc. PROMOTION

A broad promotional campaign is planned for Live Green SLC! Festival that includes a variety of media. An highly capable team has formed from the collaboration between the Downtown Alliance and ReDirect Guide. Outreach and marketing for this event will be occurring through many media channels.

FOOD & BEVERAGE WAIVER

Organizations wishing to give out samples of or sell food and/or beverages must complete a food & beverage waiver. Please contact us for a copy of the waiver.
