How to volunteer & what we need

If you are interested in volunteering for this event, we'd love to hear from you - please contact us. We're looking for as many people as possible to make this event as fun and successful as possible.

We have ample opportunities for you to be involved – before and during the event.

Some of our volunteer needs include:

Spreading the word!

Distributing posters and fliers to your neighborhood gathering spots, inviting your friends and neighbors to the event by phone or email, and other easy methods that really help. Don't worry, we'll provide plenty of guidance and materials to make it easy. Starting today and through the day of the event

Set up!

Early birds and smiling helpers wanted to make the set up of the event go as smoothly as possible. We'll be setting up tents, placing decorations, helping exhibitors move into their spots, and generally making the show ready to go on Saturday morning, May 8th.

Clean up!

Come help us remove the show materials – from tents to decorations – everything we brought in has got to go back home at the end of the day. Your help is greatly appreciated in returning Library Plaza back into the beautiful public square that it is.

Show Assistance

Help give exhibitors a break or fill the little needs during the day. Park and monitor bikes. Or help maintain a zero waste environment. Or volunteer for a special feature by helping usher at a movie screening. Or help with the VIP tent or water station. There are lots of great opportunities to get involved and help make this a stellar time for everyone!
