Sponsorships - A limited number of show features are available
for sponsorship. These include, but not limited to diaper changing

We do offer discounted / sliding scale rates and opportunities for non-profit and select organizations to participate in Green Sprouts. To apply for a discounted booth, please complete and download the reduced fee application. Please note: Submitting a application does NOT guarantee you a booth - please carefully read the terms stated in the application.

DEMOGRAPHICS
Green Sprouts
is targeted to new and expecting parents and parents of young
families in the Portland area who wish to:
- Raise current
and future generations in a healthy and environmentally conscious
manner.
- Explore
alternative and natural healthcare, well-being and fitness options
for pregnancy, childbirth and pediatrics.
- Create
a safe & balanced environment for their children in and
around their home.
Based upon
previous Green Sprouts feedback,
the demographic profile of the attendees comprised of the following
- 80% of
attendees came specifically to learn more about eco-friendly
businesses, products, and services.
- 80% of
attendees were female
- 96% of
attendees frequently or always purchased "green" products
when possible
- 28% of
attendees were pregnant or trying to become pregnant
- 44% of
attendees had children
- 22% of
attendees had children and were planning to have more
- 80% of
attendees had college or graduate degree
- 60% of
attendees made a purchase at Green Sprouts

PROMOTION
A broad promotional
campaign is planned for Green Sprouts that includes print ads
in local parenting magazines including the 2011 ReDirect Guide,
other local periodicals, direct marketing and e-mail campaigns,
posters and fliers, web-based promotions, and extensive outreach
to local media, press and community. In years prior, Green Sprouts drew 3,000 - 4,000 parents.

FEEDBACK
Many exhibitors
from previous year's Green Sprouts expressed tremendous success:
- 89% thought
that customer awareness of their business was increased or significantly
increased.
- 94% said
they would likely or very likely participate in future ReDirect
Guide produced events.
- 89% felt
that fair attendees were within their target market.
- 91% thought
the staff and volunteers did a good or very good job to assist
vendors.
The key features/aspects
that exhibitors liked most about last year's event included: Great
mix of business/vendors, good community feel, the right target
audience.

THE
FACILITY
Peninsula
Park is located in the heart of NE Portland just 2 miles north
of downtown Portland, and conveniently located 5 miles south of
Vancouver, just off I-5. Workshops and demonstrations will be
held outdoors under a covered space. Exhibits and entertainment
will be held in the NW section of Peninsula Park. Since Green
Sprouts is scheduled when the weather is typically mild and dry,
families can also enjoy of all the other attractions that Peninsula
Park has to offer such as play grounds and a 2 acre, well-maintained
rose garden. Ample FREE street parking is available, however,
we encourage all to take alternative transportation or the MAX
train, which has a stop just blocks away from the park..
