iSaveGreen is a free coupon and punch card promotion service offered to consumers seeking discounts and special offers to ReDirect Guide qualified green businesses.

By redeeming a coupon or punch card ("iSaveGreen offer"), the coupon redeemer ("redeemer") has agreed to the following:

1. Each iSaveGreen offer is uniquely serialized and may only be redeemed once. The coupon sponsor ("sponsor") has the right to invalidate the coupon or punch card if it determines that the coupon has already been redeemed.

2. Cash value of each printed coupon or punch card is 1/100th of 1 cent.

3. iSaveGreen offers are non-transferrable and may not be re-distributed or copied in any manner. Any attempts to do so will be considered fraudulent and will be pursued in a court of law to the extent possible. It is, however, permissible to inform others about iSaveGreen offers and they can be acquired..

4. Sponsors reserve the right to change or withdraw their offer at any time. If an iSaveGreen offer has been printed, it is valid until the stated expiration date or until any other stated condition applies.

5. iSaveGreen offers are offered by the sponsor, who is solely responsible for fulfilling the terms of the iSaveGreen offer. ReDirect Guide, Inc., ReDirect, Inc., it's employees, directors, and shareowners do not warrant or guarantee any iSaveGreen offer and shall not be liable for any disputes that may arise between the redeemer and the sponsor.

6. iSaveGreen offers are distributed solely by ReDirect, Inc. and ReDirect Guide, Inc. through the iSaveGreen service on behalf of the sponsor. ReDirect Guide, Inc., ReDirect, Inc., it's employees, directors, and shareowners do not warrant or guarantee that the iSaveGreen service will be available at the time the redeemer wishes to access or redeem the iSaveGreen offer and shall not be liable for any missed savings or offers because the redeemer is unable access the iSaveGreen offer.

7. The coupon redeemer is solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with the offer.

8. iSaveGreen offers are void where prohibited and are intended for promotional use solely between the redeemer and the sponsor. Any other use constitutes fraud and will be pursued to the extent possibly under a court of law.
